Indiana State Reserve Champions
A Reserve section was first held in the State Championship in 1974, as far as we can tell. We have not been able to recover the result for 1975.
*In most years, the Reserve was for players rated under 1800, but in 1977 the limit was 1400, in 1986 it was 1600, in 1999 and 2000 it was 1700, and in several cases it appears to have been 1900. In 1987 there was a “Premier” for under 1900 and a “Reserve” for under 1500.
