The 2024 Indiana Memorial and Indiana Invitational Closed Championship took place December 28-29 at La Quinta Inn & Suites on Indianapolis's southeast side. In what is a rather uncommon occurrence, all seven sections saw single clear champions emerge:
Ruoxiao Xia, winner of the 2024 Indiana Invitational Closed Championship
Ben Bentrup, winner of the 2024 Indiana Memorial Open
Pranav Nikhil, winner of the 2024 Indiana Memorial Reserve
Vladislav Shekhovtsov, winner of the K-12 Scholastic Sunday
Lucas Detmer, winner of the K-6 Scholastic Sunday
Greg Kennedy, winner of the Saturday Tornado
Charles Carroll, winner of the Sunday Swiss
The 2024 Indiana Memorial was dedicated to the memory of the late William Clayton Ralph, a former student of FM Lester VanMeter. A special ceremony took place on Sunday, with Ralph's wife and daughter present.
